RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN:

• You must manage the return before the established deadline, you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order;

• Items must be in their original condition, no signs of use, no lipstick or makeup marks, no pulled threads;

• Must include all labels;

• You have to make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase;

You can return your items by dropping off your package at a PostNL drop point.

The cost of the return be deducted from your refund.

 

Please follow the instructions and drop off the return to the drop point of your choice of the carrier that we have indicated.

It is not necessary to include a purchase receipt.
